Tehnoles sawmill blades are available pre-sharpened, ready to use and have laser markings to ensure quality welding and authentic workmanship.

Bohlerstrip®

These are our premium blades for vertical bandsaws. They are made of high quality alloy steel supplied by Bohlerstrip®, with a pitch size of 6mm to 31mm and a hardness of 45-47 HRC. The teeth of the blade are hardened by induction hardening to 59-61 HRC, which guarantees exceptional durability and efficiency. These premium blades are designed to perform excellently in a variety of industrial applications. Their high hardness and durability minimize downtime and maintenance costs while increasing productivity in high cutting load environments.

Kodiak band saw blades are made of high quality German steel. To achieve higher quality and efficiency in operation, the hardening of the teeth of the blade is carried out using inductive high-frequency heat treatment. Thus, the hardness of the body of the blade is 43÷45HRC, while at its tip it reaches 59÷61 HRC. After the subsequent sharpening and tooth setting at the factory, the saw is ready for operation.

Band saws tailored for industrial band saws manufactured in our factory are made of high quality steel developed by Bohlerstrip®. They have an additional surface coating with liquid metal, which contributes to less friction during operation.
Our wide blades have a hardness of 44-45 HRC and a front tooth angle of 16°. With tooth pitch of 15/20/25/31 mm, as well as different profiles (N/UZR/U) for cutting soft and medium wood (poplar, linden, willow, birch, fir, pine).
