Sharpening Machine ZM101

ZM101 is one of the first machines developed by our company. It allows sharpening of saw blades with a width of up to 100 mm and has a working capacity of 65 teeth per minute. These features allow it to provide service to 3-4 band saw machines at a time. It works with an abrasive ceramic disk and has the ability to sharpen teeth with profiles N, WT14 WM10 / 30. ZM101 can work in extremely severe conditions, which is one of the reasons why it is so popular among our customers. Its simplistic design and construction makes it very easy and cheap to maintain.
